Hi. I just opened up my Belkin that I bought from Amazon. I plugged it in, and neither the green or red light came on. Do I have to charge it first? Do I not just plug into the socket and the green light comes on automatically? Then, also, I plugged something into it, to see if any of the colors would light up; none did. How do I operate this thing? I think I will call you guys.
So the fact that protected is on, Not protected light should be off if working properly?
